About Stuart Pressure Cleaning
Stuart Pressure Cleaning is an exterior cleaning company working across Stuart and the rest of Martin County. We soft wash homes and roofs, clean driveways and walkways, and clean and seal pavers, residential and light commercial. Every job is quoted in writing before we start, and the estimate is free.

Soft wash, not just pressure
Most of what grows on a Florida exterior is alive. Mold, mildew and algae put roots into the surface, which is why blasting them off with high pressure only buys you a few months, the growth is still there, and the pressure has chipped paint, driven water behind stucco and stripped granules off shingle on the way past.
Soft washing runs at roughly garden-hose pressure with a cleaning solution that kills the growth at the root instead. It is slower, it costs us more in product, and it is what the paint, stucco and roofing manufacturers actually specify. It also lasts two to three times longer. High pressure still has its place, concrete and pavers want it, so the job is matching the method to the surface rather than pointing the same wand at everything.
Things we won’t do
Worth knowing before you call, because a few of these are what separate a cheap quote from a good one.
It cracks barrel tile and strips the granules off shingle. No roofing manufacturer permits it. Roofs get soft washed or they don’t get touched.
We will give you a range on the phone, and the ranges on this site are honest. The actual number comes after someone has looked at the property, and then it does not move.
Plants get pre-wet and rinsed, pumps and outlets get covered. It adds time to every job and it is not optional.
If we spot something while we are there, we tell you and you decide. Nothing appears on the invoice that wasn’t on the quote.
Family-owned, right here in Stuart
We are a small, family-run business based in Stuart, not a franchise and not a call center. We have spent more than five years cleaning homes and businesses up and down the Treasure Coast, from single-family homes to storefronts and parking lots, and we carry a license, full insurance and a bond.
A few things that make us easy to work with: we answer seven days a week, we speak English and Spanish, and we keep payment simple. Cash, check and Zelle are all fine. Cards work too, with a small processing fee.
The stains that are local to here
Orange rust on walls and driveways. A lot of Martin County lawns are watered from shallow irrigation wells, and that water carries iron. Every time the sprinklers run, they leave a little more orange on the stucco, the sidewalk and the bottom of the garage door. Bleach does nothing to it. It needs a rust remover made for the job, applied before the wash, or the stain is still there when the surface dries.
Black streaks on the roof. Those streaks are an algae called Gloeocapsa magma. It spreads in the shade and humidity, it feeds on the limestone filler in shingles, and it travels from roof to roof on the wind. Rinsing it off with pressure doesn’t kill it. Soft washing does.
Fast regrowth after the rainy season. From June through September the afternoon storms keep everything damp, and north-facing walls and shady pavers turn green first. Most homes here look their best when they are cleaned once a year, ideally after the rains ease off in the fall.
Water that ends up in the river. Stuart’s storm drains run toward the St. Lucie River and the Indian River Lagoon, so we keep wash water and cleaning solution out of the street drains and rinse plants and lawns before and after we work.
Serving Stuart and all of Martin County
We work the same stretch of coast every week, which is the point, a crew that knows the roads, the gate codes and which communities have water restrictions. Don’t see your town? Call and ask.
